Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: 15 June 2026 · Effective from: 15 June 2026
1. Who can join
The Skyline VPS Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses who hold a Skyline VPS account. You do not need to be a paying VPS customer; creating a free account to affiliate is enough. By joining you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Affiliate Program Terms together with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Approval is automatic, but participation is a privilege, not a right. We may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion, in particular where conduct under section 6 is suspected.
2. Your referral link and attribution
On joining you choose a username that forms your unique referral link (for example skylinevps.com/?ref=yourname). When a visitor clicks your link we store a referral cookie on their device for 30 days.
Attribution is last-click: if a visitor clicks several affiliates' links within the window, the most recent link before signup receives the credit. A referral is attributed only if the referred person signs up within 30 days of clicking your link and was not already a Skyline VPS customer or already attributed to another affiliate.
You are responsible for how your link is shared. You may not use paid search ads on our brand terms, misleading claims, or any method that misrepresents Skyline VPS or your relationship with us.
3. Commissions
You earn a flat, one-time payout for each VPS a referred customer buys through your link, including any additional VPS they purchase later. The standard rates are:
- Solo plan referral: €10
- Trader plan referral: €20
- Studio plan referral: €40
Commissions are not recurring on a single VPS. The amount for each VPS is locked in at the moment that VPS's first invoice is paid, based on the rate in effect at that time. If your rate changes later, existing locked-in commissions are unaffected; only future conversions use the new rate.
4. Eligibility window and refunds
Each commission is held in a 30-day quarantine from the date the referred customer first pays. This covers our 7-day money-back guarantee window plus a buffer for chargebacks. After 30 days the commission becomes eligible for payout.
If a referred customer obtains a refund or charges back during this period, the related commission is voided and no payout is owed for it. If a chargeback or refund occurs after a commission has already been paid out to you, we may deduct the equivalent amount from your future earnings.
5. Payouts
- Minimum payout: €50 in eligible earnings.
- Methods: Bank transfer (SEPA or international wire) or USDT (TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20).
- You request a payout from your affiliate dashboard once you reach the minimum. We review each request and send the funds, usually within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer and the same day for USDT.
- You are responsible for providing correct payout details. We are not liable for funds lost due to an incorrect address or account supplied by you.
- We may decline a payout request where fraud or a breach of these terms is suspected. Where we decline, we tell you the reason and the earnings return to your available balance unless they are forfeited under section 6.
6. Prohibited conduct
The following will result in voided commissions, suspension, or removal from the program, and may forfeit any unpaid earnings:
- Self-referral. Referring yourself, your own additional accounts, or members of your household using the same payment method or device.
- Fraud or manipulation. Fake signups, stolen cards, coordinated accounts, cookie stuffing, or any attempt to generate commissions that do not reflect genuine, willing customers.
- Misrepresentation. Claiming to be Skyline VPS, promising things we do not offer, or implying an official partnership beyond being an affiliate.
- Spam. Unsolicited bulk messaging, comment spam, or any promotion that violates the rules of the platform you use.
- Trademark or paid-search abuse. Bidding on our brand terms or registering confusingly similar domains.
7. Custom rates for high volume
Affiliates who can drive meaningful, sustained volume may be eligible for a custom arrangement. Custom rates are negotiated individually and may take the form of higher flat payouts or a tailored structure. They are not published, not guaranteed, and offered at our sole discretion.
If this is you, email support@skylinevps.com from the address on your affiliate account and we will discuss a deal that works for both sides.
8. Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or reporting obligations arising from the commissions you earn. We do not withhold tax and the payouts you receive are gross amounts. Where required by law we may ask you for tax information before paying.
9. Suspension and termination
You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, and immediately where we suspect conduct under section 6. On termination for cause, unpaid commissions tied to the breach are forfeited. Commissions properly earned and unaffected by the breach remain payable subject to the normal eligibility and minimum-payout rules.
10. Changes to the program
We may change commission rates, the minimum payout, the eligibility window, supported payout methods, or any other part of the program. Material changes that reduce standard rates will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Commissions already locked in are not affected by a later rate change. We may also close the program entirely with reasonable notice; eligible earnings at that point will still be paid.
11. Liability and relationship
You participate as an independent party. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Skyline VPS. You have no authority to bind us or make commitments on our behalf.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under the program is limited to the commissions properly owed to you and not yet paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including anticipated earnings that did not materialise.
12. Governing law
These Affiliate Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the competent courts located in the State of Wyoming. This clause will be updated to reflect our registered corporate jurisdiction once incorporation is complete.
