These Terms of Service govern your use of Skyline VPS, a virtual private server hosting service operated by The Forex Skyline ("TFXS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Skyline VPS provides Windows-based virtual private servers optimized for forex trading platforms (MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, NinjaTrader, TradingView). Servers are provisioned in third-party data centers with which we maintain wholesale agreements. We do not own the underlying physical infrastructure.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity occurring through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for:
- Any illegal activity under the laws of your jurisdiction
- Hosting or distributing malware, phishing content, or unsolicited communications
- Cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive non-trading workloads
- Reselling the service without prior written authorization
- Activity that violates the terms of any connected broker
We reserve the right to suspend service in cases of suspected abuse, with notice when feasible.
4. Pricing & billing
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month or year, depending on your billing cycle. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Active subscribers at the time of a price change retain their existing rate until renewal.
Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card information directly.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Skyline VPS dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle: your VPS keeps running and remains fully accessible until that date.
After the cycle ends, your VPS is taken offline and your data is preserved for 30 days. You may reactivate your subscription at any point within that 30-day window and your VPS will be restored exactly as you left it. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial billing cycles, unused time, or cancellations made after a renewal. Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of the most recent annual renewal may receive a prorated credit toward future use, at our sole discretion, provided no material use of the service has occurred during the period.
As an exception to the above, every new subscription is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee: request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment from your Skyline VPS dashboard and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
6. TFXS Gold tier benefit
Active TFXS Gold tier members receive a 7-day free trial on the Solo plan, the only free trial we offer. During the trial no payment is taken: cancel before it ends and you are not charged. The benefit is verified automatically through the email associated with your TFXS account and applies once per Gold tier member. Higher tiers (Trader, Studio, Enterprise) are not eligible for the free trial and are covered by our standard 7-day money-back guarantee instead. Loss of TFXS Gold tier status does not retroactively void any benefit already applied but excludes future eligibility.
7. Service uptime
We target 99.99% monthly uptime for all paid tiers. See our Service Level Agreement for details on credits in case of unmet uptime targets.
8. Data & privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not access the contents of your VPS except as required for support requests you initiate.
9. Limitation of liability
Skyline VPS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, slippage, or any consequential or incidental damages.

10. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-product notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
